Fitness for Kids

Children are special

Kids are special and being a mother, I know how crucial food is for child’s growth. Your child always picks up your eating habits at a very early age, so giving them the right exposure to food and food habits works wonders and sets them on a path which is enjoyable and fulfilling. I have designed these programs keeping in mind that kids need logical explanation for everything – you give them the right information and they will remember it for rest of their life. This program is closest to my heart.

Early education to kids

Kids are very intuitive and understanding, if we teach them at a very early age about food, exercise and other aspects of good health.

Relationship with body

To build good relationships with our body and grow into compassionate adults with a know how of what is the best for us is what this program aims at.

Practical Application

There will be a lot of practical applicaition here, for eg. taking them grocery shopping and teaching them how to choose the right food, how to read labels, marketing gimmiks or so on.
