- One on one consultation (Weekly food plans will be suggested).
- Weekly workout pattern will be given for the entire month.
- Daily WhatsApp and email support by Jhanvi’s team.
- Regular feedback on diet recall through the week.

- For those who want a diet plan for the month, but lack the time to interact, we have a plan for you too! We will plan the diet for you after the first call and update the follow ups through email.
